Founder of MEA's Music, Marion Arthur has played classical and alternative cello for 20 years and has been a passionate teacher for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Music in cello performance from the Uniiversity of Toronto where she studied with internationally acclaimed cellist Shauna Rolston. On top of her extensive experience as an orchestral and classical player, Marion is a creative songwriter and producer. In July 2007, she released her debut album "Cocoon to Butterfly" . She toured the album across Canada and received much praise for her poetic lyrics and haunting cello melodies. She appeared on national tv and radio and received a Toronto Independent Music Award nomination.
Cellist
Marion received traning as a Kindermusik Educator whilst living in Toronto. She worked for 2 years for a Kindermusik Maestro program in Richmond Hill before moving north. She loves sharing her passion for music making with little ones and is excited to start her new music and movement classes for babies, toddler and preschoolers in the Ottawa Valley. Where Am I?
iCello Lessons (Ottawa and the Valley)

I teach in Ottawa at my studio at 319 Catherine Street, above "The Soundpost" a string instrument retailer and workshop. Parking is available on the sreet until 3 pm after which you can park in the alley way next to the building.
I teach in the Ottawa Valley either at your home or in Deep River. As of September 2010 I will be teaching in Pembroke.
Kindermusik Classes (Deep River, Petawawa)
KM classes are held at the public Library in Petawawa and at the community pool in Deep River in the ballet room starting September 2010
